Orchard Point


Description 

Orchard Point County Park is located just east of Richardson on the north side of Fern Ridge reservoir, is 58 acres in size. Its day use facilities include two swimming areas, a 221-slip marina, play structures, and several group picnic facilities. There is are seasonal watercraft rentals, a volleyball net and horseshoe pits.


Park Information 
Marina:  Open seasonally - water levels permitting

April 1 - Oct. 6, 2025

Marina operating dates are subject change and dependent on sufficient water levels in the lake which are dependent on seasonal rain and managed by the Army Corps of Engineers.  

We offer a number of options when it comes to mooring your watercrafts in Lane County. Whether you need moorage on a daily basis or for the season, it is highly recommended you make a reservation.

Moorage annual renewal period: February 20 - March 17.
New moorage opens April 1.

For renewals or new reservations, visit our on-line reservation portal 24-7, or phone the call center Monday - Friday between 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

May 12 - Sept. 15, 2025

Fee and Payment Information
Day Pass or Annual Pass required. 
Pay via credit card with onsite fee machine or download the Passport Parking App (code 97204) to pay from your smartphone.
