September 4, 2026:

The LIHEAP program is now closed for the 2026 program year.

Please check back in November for updates on the 2027 program year start up.

If you are a Pacific Power or Northwest Natural Gas customer, you may be eligible for their programs. Please contact our office for details.

Lane County Utility Assistance Programs offers a number of utility company specific programs along with the federally funded LIHEAP program.

Depending on your heating utility company, there may be more than program available for assistance.

Your household may be eligible for utility assistance if you meet the income guidelines listed here:

*Gross monthly income is the income you were paid before taxes were taken out.
