The Elected Officials Compensation Board recommends to the Budget Committee and to the Board of County Commissioners a compensation schedule for County elected officials. The Elected Officials Compensation Board is established pursuant to the authority granted by the Lane County Home Rule Charter (Lane Manual 3.705).

Assessor - $152,838.40
Commissioner - $114,026
District Attorney - $66,976.00 (County Contribution)
Justice of the Peace - $61,880.00 (@.5FTE)
Sheriff - $200,137.60
