LANE COUNTY MEETINGS NOTICE
Harris Hall and Conference Rooms are located in the Public Service Building/Courthouse, 125 East 8th Avenue, Eugene.
Includes Standing Committees, Special Committees and Meetings, Advisory Committee Meetings, and Community Organizations. *Members of the Board of Commissioners not assigned to a particular Standing Committee may also attend, and thus a quorum of the Board may be in attendance. However, no formal action will be taken by the Board.

BUDGET COMMITTEE: BUDGET MESSAGE & PUBLIC HEARING

This meeting will be held hybrid both in Harris Hall and virtually. To participate virtually in the public comment portion of the meeting that will start at 5:30pm, please click here to register for the May 19th meeting as an audience participant. As an audience participant, your phone and webcam will be automatically muted however, the committee will be providing the opportunity for speakers during the public comment portion of the meeting. During the public comment portion of the meeting, participants will be asked to raise their "virtual" hand to be recognized to speak. When their name is called, their microphone will be unmuted and they will be given a specified amount of time for their public comment. If you do not want to participate in the public comment but you want to watch the meeting, you can watch the live stream of the meeting here- no registration is required to watch the live webcast.
