Get vaccinated this weekend and be entered to win season tickets to UO football, basketball or the Olympic Trials

Lane County Public Health, in partnership with the University of Oregon and TrackTown, is raffling off two pairs of season tickets to Ducks football, men’s basketball and women’s basketball, as well as two pairs of tickets to the upcoming Olympic Trials to people who receive their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine this weekend.


“We know there’s no shortage of Duck and track and field fans in Lane County,” said Lane County’s COVID-19 response Incident Commander Steve Adams. “The partnership with the University of Oregon has been incredible throughout the pandemic and offering these tickets is another way to encourage our community to reach that 65 percent vaccination goal and move us into the low risk category permanently.”


Entries into the raffle will begin today, Thursday, June 3, through Monday, June 7, at the following vaccination locations:

  • Autzen Stadium (June 3–June 7)
  • Florence Events Center (June 4)
  • North Eugene High School (June 4)
  • Pleasant Hill High School (June 5)


All locations will have the Pfizer vaccine available. Autzen Stadium and the Florence Events Center will also have the Johnson & Johnson vaccine available upon request. The Johnson & Johnson vaccine does not require a second shot and recipients are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after the Johnson & Johnson shot.


Walk-ins are welcome, especially at the Autzen Stadium location which is set up to accommodate large groups of people. Appointments can also be made at or  


On Saturday, the Autzen Stadium location will also host DJ/MC Marti Gee, who volunteered to provide tunes for the mass vaccination clinic, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.


On Monday evening 8 participants will be selected at random. Winners will be contacted and they will have 24 hours to confirm that they would like the tickets. After 24 hours a new participant will be randomly selected.


Employees of Lane County Government and the University of Oregon Athletics Department, the Pac-12 Conference, and NCAA, TrackTown and each of their subsidiaries, affiliates and promotion and advertising agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household with the foregoing individuals, are ineligible. Additionally, prospective student -athletes (9th-12th grade and junior college) are not eligible for tickets.

The tickets are non-transferable, and must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions of any kind, whether in cash or otherwise, except at Administrator’s sole and absolute discretion. Participants interested in Olympic Trials tickets must opt for the Johnson & Johnson vaccine to attain full vaccination status in time for the event.

Winners are each responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any, applicable to or imposed as a result of accepting the prize. When required, Winners will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Administrator reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the giveaway or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion. In such event, Administrator, in its sole discretion, may elect to choose a Winner or Winners from among all eligible Entries received up to the date of discontinuance for the prize, in a manner chosen by Administrator, in its sole discretion. Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway or intercept or interfere with the giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Administrator reserves the right to seek damages from any such person and pursue any and all remedies available to the fullest extent permitted by law.
