Lane County Parole & Probation no longer charges for monthly Supervision Fees, effective October 1, 2021.
Lane County Parole and Probation charges, accepts payments, and collects for the following:
- Polygraphs scheduled as required per the terms of your supervision
- Electronic supervision (per day on a sliding fee scale)
- Lost or damaged GPS units
- Returned checks for non-sufficient funds ($25 fee)
Failure to pay these fees while on supervision will result in the remaining past due balance being collected via the Department of Revenue (DOR) or private collections agency. Fees sent out for collections may also be collected via wage garnishment, tax refund confiscation, etc., upon closure of your supervision with Lane County.

and/or Fees.
Lane County Parole & Probation does not
offer refunds.
Lane County does not receive any portion of the
service fee.
