I need a background check completed for work or school. What do I need to do?

I need a statistical report (e.g. How many LCSO stops involved DUIIs in 2015, and where were the stops made?). How do I request the information?

How do I find information about outstanding warrants? What should I do if I know the location of someone wanted by law enforcement?
