Samantha is married with two children, a dog and two birds . She was born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, and her family immigrated to the United States when she was 3 years old.  Samantha grew up mostly in Los Angeles, California but lived a few years in Honduras in between her teenage years.  She moved to Pendleton, Oregon in her late teens, then moved again and graduated from Cottage Grove High School.

Samantha is a University of Oregon Alumni, who graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Economics, Business Administration and Sociology.  

She loves to go on road trips through beautiful green Oregon, and  especially loves to hike and search for waterfalls.
