Financial Services is responsible for maintaining and reporting all financial transactions on an accurate and timely basis and preparing financial statements in accordance with General Accepted Accounting Principles including the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR). Financial Services maintains effective accounting systems to control and report the receipt and disbursement of County funds and taxing districts funds and is responsible for receiving and recording all County expenditures and revenue obligations.
