Lane County updates three-year strategic plan for 2022-2024.

On April 26, 2022, the Board of Commissioners officially adopted the 2022-2024 Lane County Strategic Plan.

Thank you to everyone who was involved in the development of the plan. We truly appreciate that you took the time to attend community and employee forums, responded to our surveys, shared ideas on our engagement site, and participated in feedback sessions.

This plan is a living document that will evolve throughout the three years as we factor in new challenges and opportunities that may arise. We will be tracking progress, measuring outcomes and reporting on the barriers and successes on a quarterly basis. Come back here to this site for status reports and updates.
